The Cederberg Seven  ~ Best of the 'Berg ~

Dates: 22-26 August 2024

The Cederberg is a trail paradise of craggy peaks, hidden valleys and rocky mazes. Millions of years of wind, rain and snow eating into the quartz and sandstone formations and have created these magnificent rock formations. With seasonal crystal-clear streams and Winter snow settled on the mountain tops, it’s an incredibly beautiful place with night skies that unfurl an immense tapestry of twinkling stars.

Our Cederberg Seven is a 5 day/4 night adventure tagging all the iconic "must see” rock formations in this spectacular region - Lot's Wife, the Window Rocks, Maltese Cross, Valley of the Red Gods, and of course Wolfberg Arch, Wolfberg Cracks, and the enchanting Disa Pools.

From a comfortable cottage base you can expect to hike - or trail run - roughly 15km per day. Spectacular all year round this is a perfect getaway for groups of friends. Expect hot dry Summers and refreshingly chilly Winters when the higher peaks receive their annual dusting of snow.

This package includes all accommodation, return transfers from Cape Town and local transport to and from start/end points, fully guided routes and optional fully catered or self-catering meals. Deposit and split payments are welcome. See booking page for details.
